Endless Pool Swim Training

Endless Pool Swim Training

The Team at Get Set 4 Swimming is pleased to offer you top quality swimming teaching and coaching with the use of an Endless Pool.

Climate Controlled Endless Outdoor Pool Swim Coaching

The Team at Get Set 4 Swimming is pleased to offer you top quality teaching and coaching with the use of an Endless Pool. Whilst it is an outdoor pool, it is covered and warm throughout the year, and can be made cooler for the open water swimmer during the summer season. The Endless Pool allows you to train all year round outside and for your stroke to be analysed in the early days and throughout your training.

Stroke Analysis and Swimming Enhancement

Modern technology allows you to be filmed both over and under the water and your stroke slowed down to show you exactly what you are doing. This way you can correct any faults and enhance your swimming stroke which will help with any Indoor, Open Water or Triathlon events that you may have coming up.

One on One or Shared Session

Sessions are one to one although can be shared with others (if you choose to bring a fellow swimmer). It is a time when you get immediate feedback on your stroke as well as an amazing swimming experience.

We offer swimming to both adults and children in the Endless Pool and would be pleased to speak to you about any other special needs and requests that you may have

Stroke Analysis and coaching

As part of any good quality coaching Get Set 4 Swimming is pleased to offer stroke analysis with the latest up to date, modern filming equipment. Through this advanced technology Get Set 4 Swimming can analyse your stroke both over and under the water giving you a greater understanding of your swimming stroke.

Prevent Injury

It is vital in the early stages to get your stroke correct as many injuries, mainly shoulder problems occur in swimming, especially when training is increased.

Getting the perfect stroke

Getting the stroke correct from the start is very important. Stroke analysis in swimming is an integral part of any coaching programme that is undertaken with us.
